It allows you to select five-week fractional ownership during winter or summer, or three-week fractional ownership during what we call Tahoe Season-a combination of fall and spring. Winter Season
Boasting an average of 300 to 500 inches of snow annually, Lake Tahoe hosts every winter sport imaginable, from downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling and snowshoeing to relaxing by the warmth of a flickering fire.

Summer Season
